'PantryCollect started with an ambition: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was originally a quaint, family-managed shop, preserving recipes passed down for generations.
'Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After returning to the UK, she dedicated herself to replicating the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing classic techniques and the best ingredients.
Our journey began in a cozy 12-seat pizzeria and has since expanded into a cherished neighborhood staple. Yet, our dedication to excellence and authenticity remains unchanged. Our age-old wood-fired oven practices continue, our dough is made fresh every day, and we persist in selecting premium ingredients.
Currently, 'PantryCollect is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, with the second generation at the helm, guiding our devoted team. Despite welcoming modern advancements, our company's core still focuses on producing delectable, genuine pizza that unites people.
