- Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Non-refundable Items
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as custom-made orders or food items that have been consumed partially or fully. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order is in the delivery process, we cannot accept cancellations.
